1. VLSI design, Staff System Engineer /Project Manager

Experience : 10 years working experience in wireless communication
ASIC design

Hands on experience in channel coding, DVB-T/C, ATSC, silicon tuner
and RF system design, strong background in telecom and wireless
system. Viterbi, RS decoder, channel estimation, channel correction,
AGC control logic and NCO design is preferred. Familiar with Verilog,
VHDL and VCS/NC simulator. Debugging skill and teamwork are
necessary. Familiar with Verilog, Matlab and C. The position requires
a prolonged travel stay in Beijing, China..

2. Algorithm / System Architect / Project

Experience : 10 years working experience in DVB or ATSC system and
VLSI design.

Hands on experience in DVB-T/S system simulation, channel coding,
wireless baseband, silicon tuner and RF system design, matlab and C
modeling of full chip and familiar with testing and measurement
requirement. Tools :Matlab, C and VHDL/Verilog

(Phd preferred ), The position requires a prolonged travel stay in
Beijing, China.

3. Mixed-Signal design Manager

10 years hands on experience in high speed ADC design, VCO, Bandgap,
standard PLL and fractional PLL design in digital communication
system. Experience also include PreAmp, AGC, LNA and low power design
technique. The position requires a prolonged travel stay in Beijing,
China.

4. Project Lead /Video Architect

Experience : 10 years + working experience in video decoder/encoder
design (MPEG4 or H.264). Understanding of various video standards,
AGC, Color demodulation, weak signal and video post processing and VBI
slicing design experience is required.

Must Familiar with Matlab, C and Verilog, The position requires a
prolonged travel stay in Beijing, China.

5. Sr. Hardware Design Engineer

Responsible for the high speed FPGA board and FPGA design, simulation
and debug. The candidate will work with ASIC and firmware engineers to
design and debug the board with FPGA under DOS/Window/Mac environment.
BSEE (MS preferred) or equivalent and 3+ years hand-on logic design
experience required. Familiarity with Board/FPGA design, simulation
and synthesis tools from Xlinx, Cadence and Synopsys is a must. This
position can be in China or Mt. View, US.

6. Sr. Firmware/Software Engineer

Responsible for the multi-process and multi-task firmware, device
driver and system utility coding and debugging. BSEE (MS preferred) or
equivalent and 3+ years hands-on experience is required. Fully
understanding the chip level programming and Microsoft C/C++/Assembly
language is a must. Experience on SATA Hard drive firmware will be
preferable. This position can be in China or Mt. View, US.

7. Senior/Principal Analog Design (Power management IC) Engineer/Manager
Responsibilities: To lead design and product development for data
converter ICs (DC-DC, PMU, LED driver, battery charger, battery
protection). This candidate is expected to perform challenging IC
design, supervise layout, debug and test.

Qualifications:

(1) 8+ years of experience in analog IC design, with 5 +years of
experience in power management/battery management related ICs

(2) Ability to design challenging blocks "from scratch" and be able to

filters, voltage regulators, DAC/ADC, PLL, DLLs, power amplifiers,.
The candidate will act as a technical lead of an RFIC/mixed-signal
project. The candidate will need to supervise layout and do own
layouts, test

prototypes and develop test methodology.

Skills and Experience required for this position:

MSEE or equivalent.

7+ years experience in designing RF analog/mixed signal circuits (for
senior+ positions)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required..

Familiar with CMOS device modeling

Design experience with the following circuits: LNA, Mixer, VCO, PLL,
analog baseband filters/amplifiers, high speed ADC/DAC,
bandgap/reference, etc.

Direct project experience with at least one of the following circuits:
Bluetooth, WLAN, Zigbee, TV-tuner, and GPS

Proficient with the Cadence design tool or Spice.

Experience with lab equipments such as oscilloscope, spectrum
analyzer, and signal generator.

10. Senior manager/Director of Physical design

Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership and management to develop physical design
metholodogies and perform physical implementations of IC (SOC) designs

Key Duties:

* Provide technical leadership and management to a team of
physical design engineers
* Supervise and perform physical implementation of SOC designs.
This includes hands-on technical leadership in floor planning, place
and route, clock tree synthesis, power analysis, signal integrity
analysis, pad ring development, LVS/DRC, timing closure, DFM, etc.
Experience with deep sub-micron low power technologies (130 nm and
below) preferred. Must be able to successfully grow and nurture a
talented team.
* Develop state-of-the- art physical engineering methodologies and
associated tool flows

Qualifications:

* Excellence in creating physical design flow (from RTL or netlist
to GDSII) and perform physical implementation
* 6+ years of direct experience in physical design and implementation
* Ability to grow and nurture team members, ability to interact
with peers and upper management
* Strong communication skills in English (written and oral) and
Chinese (oral)
* BSEE required, MSEE and PhD preferred
* Familiar with Tcl/perl or other script programming
